Web Design Agreement

This Web Design Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Borrello Creative INC. (“Designer”) and the purchasing client (“Client”).

By purchasing this product and/or submitting their name through the associated Google Form, the Client acknowledges and agrees that this action constitutes a legally binding acceptance of the terms below.

Borrello Creative INC. will design and deliver a website in accordance with the package purchased by the Client. Services are limited to what is explicitly included in the selected package.

The project begins on the date of purchase.

The Client agrees to provide all required content, approvals, and responses in a timely manner. This includes (but is not limited to) text, images, product information, branding assets, and feedback.

All projects are subject to a 30-day completion window.
If the Client fails to provide required materials, approvals, or communication within this period, the project will be considered complete as-is and fulfilled.

The Designer will make reasonable efforts to complete the website within 14 business days once all required materials are received.

If the Client becomes unresponsive, delays delivery of materials, or otherwise prevents completion:

• The Designer will continue to work in good faith during the 30-day window

• After 30 calendar days from purchase, the project is deemed completed and closed, regardless of final publication status

• No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for incomplete or abandoned projects

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

By purchasing, the Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback for services rendered, delayed due to Client inaction, or completed under the terms of this Agreement.

Any chargeback attempt will be considered a breach of contract, and Borrello Creative INC. reserves the right to submit this Agreement, work logs, communications, and delivered materials as evidence of fulfillment.

The Client is solely responsible for all costs related to domain registration, renewals, hosting, plugins, apps, or third-party services, unless explicitly included in the purchased package.

Borrello Creative INC. does not cover or prepay domain or hosting fees on behalf of the Client.

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website design as delivered within the 30-day project window.

Borrello Creative INC. retains the right to showcase the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ongoing updates, edits, or maintenance are not included unless explicitly stated in the purchased package or agreed upon separately in writing.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Borrello Creative INC. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from content provided by the Client or use of the website.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes all prior communications. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
